Includes surveying, geotechnical engineering, environmental studies, traffic engineering, critical area studies, utility availability, civil design, architectural design, and structural design.

Due Diligence.

Facilitates the due diligence process to ensure the proposed project is feasible.

Jurisdictional Coordination.

Coordinates preapplication meetings with the governing jurisdiction.
