AM2 Building

Auburn, Washington

The AM2 Building site was developed by Latitude for the Green River Community College. Latitude Development acquired the land and developed a nearly 300-stall parking lot, complete with underground utilities. The pad-ready site was then sold to GRCC, where it is currently ready for construction.

Todd Road Cold Storage

puyallup, washington

The Todd Road Cold Storage facility will feature 123,484 square feet of cold storage, and 2,772 square feet of office area. 100,050 square feet of the facility will be capable of reaching -20 degrees Fahrenheit. Twenty-two dock high doors are to be installed, along with two grade doors.
