37,000 square feet
The interior and exterior of the Franciscan Medical Pavilion has been designed to complement the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. The walk-through lobby features exposed glulam ceiling beams with Douglas fir car decking and up lighting. The main entrance contains a 30 foot high cathedral ceiling, highlighting the decking and ceiling beams. One of the main entry's most notable features is the natural gas raised hearth fireplace with its dramatic floor to ceiling polish stone surround and chimney. Glulam treads were placed on the stairs with stainless steel handrails. The interior complements the natural stone veneer, steel columns, and heavy timber roof lines of the building's exterior.
